This 2h30m DVD includes a 60 minute lecture by Simon Borg-Olivier on how to energise and strengthen the body while remaining calm with hatha yoga. This is followed by a 10 minute instructed beginner sequence suitable for most people even with no yoga experience. Then there is a 75 minute instructed beginner to intermediate version of the Yoga Synergy Fire sequence taught by Simon as an open level class.
This practice DVD is designed and taught to encourage the movement of energy and information through the body with minimal effort, while stabilising the joints, increasing strength and flexibilty and yet keeping the nervous system in a calm responsive state.
