This special pre-booked course is suitable for intermediate students of Yoga Synergy who are familiar with following a silent led practice and can safely work at their own level.
When: 6.00 am Mondays to Fridays from mid to late January to mid February 2010 (no definite dates fixed yet)
Where: North Bronte Beach Hill (subject to weather) or Yoga Synergy Bondi Junction (Room 2) to music. Check this website at 5.15 am Monday morning for venue changes.
