This 2h30m DVD includes a 60 minute lecture by Simon Borg-Olivier on how to stilling and purify your physical body, your breathing and internal physiology and your mind while doing a dynamic meditative practice that develops strength, flexibility and fitness while keeping your nervous system calm and supporting the health of your digestive reproductive and immune systems.
Detailed instruction on the control of the muscles of breathing and posture are given including the complete instructions for the mula bandha, uddiyana bandha, nauli and lauliki which Simon has been practicing for more than 40 years. This is followed by a 10 minute instructed beginner sequence suitable for most people even with no yoga experience. Then there is a 50 minute instructed beginner to intermediate version of the Yoga Synergy Ether sequence taught by Simon as an open level class. This practice sequences finishes by moving from dynamic meditation to a beautiful static meditation and relaxation.
