This next video is part of a yoga demonstration performed by Simon Borg-Olivier at the Sydney Yoga Expo in October 2008. In this performance to about 800 people he is demonstrating Mandalasana in which you walk your legs around your head and then viparita chakrasana (the yogic backflip). The next video is of Simon Borg-Olivier speaking on learning how to teach yoga and how to recieve the information you learn in a yoga class or workshop. The video was posted by Daniel Aaron ( www.RadiantlyAlive.com ) and was filmed during his teacher training course in Bali in May 2008, where Simon was invited to come to be on the guest lecturer faculty for teacher training.
