Water is the second of the series, designed to be a flowing practice that energises the body while calming the mind.
Yoga Synergy's unique style of yoga represents a synthesis between Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Tibetan Yoga and modern medical science. The style has been developed over the last 15 years and five sequences have been designed; Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether.
This 2 hour DVD includes a 30 minute lecture by Simon Borg-Olivier on how to move energy (prana) and information (citta) through the subtle channels of the body (nadis) with hatha yoga. This is followed by a 10 minute instructed beginner sequence suitable for most people even with no yoga experience. Then there is a 75 minute instructed beginner to intermediate version of the Yoga Synergy Water sequence taught by Simon as an open level class.
