We are unable to run the Yoga Synergy Membership at the Manly venue. Although class structure is the same as the other venues (Bondi and Newtown), class prices at the new venue will be:

Cash or cheque only (no credit card facility).

Open classes: Beginners to Intermediate level students welcome.

Morning course: Beginners to Intermediate level, attendance at both mornings required.

Gentle class:Open class for beginners and those requiring a gentler practice

Please arrive 10-15 mins before class time, Classes 1.5h

Synergy Style Yoga

Open classes
(no pre-booking required – see timetable below for class times)

Beginners to advanced students are welcome. The class is structured such that each posture has an easy version and a full or hard version that the practitioner can choose to attempt with the level of intensity that practitioner desires. Open classes follow the same 9 week sequence as the synergy style course classes. They are structured around the Beginners course level with postures from Intermediate level introduced slowly throughout the 9wk period. Classes are 1.5hrs duration, please arrive 10-15 minutes before class.

Morning Course
Morning Course Tue & Thu 6am

Morning course attendance required twice per week. Experience of at least 9 weeks of Synergy style Open classes or two Synergy Beginner Level 1 courses is required, and a regular practice of 2 classes per week for at least 9 weeks. Courses are structured to introduce students into a deeper practice and understanding of the Synergy style. Emphasis on relaxation, correct breathing and flow while aligning the body for health and fitness. Classes are 1hr 30 mins duration.

Tue 6.30pm

Intermediate Level 1 courses is an evening course, attendance required once per week, for people who are continuing regular practice, students must have experience of at least 9 weeks of Synergy style Open classes or three Synergy Beginner Level 1 courses. Students are expected to attend at least one Open casual class per week in addition to the course. Classes are 1hr 45mins.

Pre-Natal Yoga
Prenatal women are welcome to attend Open classes or Beginner Courses

If the times or level of these prenatal classes do not suit you, please see timetables for class times at the school nearest you, Bondi, Newtown or Manly. All Yoga Synergy teachers are trained to safely teach pregnant women in these classes.

Prenatal classes are “Open” classes and do not require pre-booking, you may attend at any time during your pregnancy. Classes are designed to help mothers towards a healthy and less stressful birth process Yoga practice during pregnancy creates a sense of well-being and helps prepare a mothers body for the birth of her child.

If you are starting yoga for the first time and you are 28 weeks or more, depending on your level of fitness, it may be best to start with the pre-natal classes

Bondi School (Thu 6.30pm, Sat 10am)

Shanti (Peaceful) Yoga - Bondi School
(Wed 10am Bondi, Rm 1, 115 Bronte Rd entrance)

Gentle yoga for those beginning yoga. The Shanti Gentle Therapy Class is designed to gently guide students who have not practiced yoga before, or those with injuries, to improve strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness, whilst maintaining a flowing meditative practice. Each posture taught has a simple version and a complex one that the yoga practitioner can choose to attempt with the level of intensity that practitioner desires. This is an Open class and does not require pre-booking, please arrive 10-15 minutes before class time.
